The North Mayo Heritage Centre, housed in the nineteenth-century outbuildings of Enniscoe House, will host the Buildings of Mayo Photographic Exhibition. Curated and presented as a joint venture between the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht in association with Mayo County Council, this touring exhibition promotes the publication of the Mayo survey of the built heritage of the county. National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH) is the largest ever survey of post-1700 architectural heritage of County Mayo, some highlights of which are presented in this building as it demonstrates good practice in the adaptive re-use of historic buildings.
Open on a ‘First Come’ basis.
